TLT is unique in that it releases the gestalt, or chain of emotion, rather than working with one emotional event at a time. For instance, instead of working with healing the emotions around one event that created fear, TLT understands that each event has a trigger and connection to other events that have caused fear.<\/p>

It is my experience that the bulk of the emotions along the chain of fear (for this example) transform at once. It is important to clarify that memories are not erased because that does not serve the ecology of the whole person.<\/p>

Some of the many gifts of TLT are increased physical energy, resilience to challenging situations, and awareness of choice within the scope of how one responds to life. Leah Grossman, certified and licensed Consulting Hypnotist in Washington State, specializes in bridging awareness and conversation with the body, allowing the body to be understood in order to promote physical and emotional healing. Hypnosis can also be a vehicle of self inquiry and connection to life past, present and future.<\/p>

Leah Grossman has been a practitioner in the healing arts since 1992. Credentialed as a Licensed Hypnotist\/NLP practitioner, Theta Healing practitioner, Reiki Master, Massage Therapist and Structural Integrator, Leah has a vast compendium of information to share. She is honored to engage with clients who want to experience the gift of physical and emotional balance: freedom from pain and unprocessed emotion, healing of injury, pain and illness, increased flexibility and grace, self awareness, and internal peace.<\/p>

A passion of Leah\u2019s is to help her clients understand what the body is trying to communicate to the conscious mind, allowing the body to be understood, witnessed, and honored in its\u2019 requests.<\/p>

Leah has Masters Level training in Time Line Therapy (TM) and Parts Integration work from the NLP world of Tad James, as well as traditional hypnosis. Hypnosis provides a route for the unconscious mind to create working solutions to release unwanted habits, thought patterns, and heal the body. Hypnosis and NLP change one\u2019s physiology and neurology so that new patterns are established with a cohesive, integrated backbone to foster lasting, positive change.<\/p>

To receive this work is an act of kindness to self. You can become your own healer through your divine wisdom that is innately present. You can gain the experience of how to be your own sacred, compassionate witness as healing occurs through the many layers that lead to the core of who you are.<\/p>

All of this can be done with the willingness to take the journey to commit to deep listening. Deep listening occurs through the sensations you feel in your tissues, bones, nervous system, the pattern of your breath, your thoughts and perceptions. All of these link to the conscious and unconscious mind, allowing an unfolding that promotes increased functioning of homeostasis throughout all systems of body, mind, and soul, creating the stability, awareness, and grace one needs to live with joy.<\/p>
