What is time Line Therapy?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Time Line Therapy, created by Master NLP practitioner Tad James, is a process that evolved from the world of hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming in the 1980s. It works with memories stored in the unconscious and conscious minds within a framework built around how a person stores time and experiences of their life. TLT is a trauma informed so in that it allows growth and freedom through clearing unprocessed, painful emotions attached to events and memories of the past. This work is accomplished by making contact and sense of the lessons learned from the events experienced without having to re-live the experience itself. Obtaining these lessons is what allows the nervous system to release the old pain in order to create an empowered future that is free of holding the biology of your past.<\/p>

Often, TLT is a process that produces positive change within the first session. Depending on how deep of a dive the client would like to explore, this work can be done within 3-8 sessions, with minimal discomfort to the client. According to studies is psycho-immunology, the primary emotions that cause the most physical symptoms and illness in the body are Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt, Guilt, and Shame. Additional emotions can also be addressed if needed.<\/p>

After this portion of the work is complete, there is the option to address any limiting beliefs that one may still be holding and then create clear choices and events desired for the future that are in alignment with a client\u2019s health and dreams.<\/p>

TLT is unique in that it releases the gestalt, or chain of emotion, rather than working with one emotional event at a time. For instance, instead of working with healing the emotions around one event that created fear, TLT understands that each event has a trigger and connection to other events that have caused fear. It is my experience that the bulk of the emotions along the chain of fear (for this example) transform at once. It is important to clarify that memories are not erased because that does not serve the ecology of the whole person.<\/p>

Some of the many gifts of TLT are increased physical energy, resilience to challenging situations, and awareness of choice within the scope of how one responds to life. TLT can also help in clearing physical symptoms of imbalance and illness, as well as increase the overall health of the body.<\/p>
