From Twelve Years of Pain to Walking Free
From Twelve Years of Pain to Walking Free
When M.S., a woman in her 60s and devoted dog lover, scheduled her first online hypnosis session with me, she had been living with neck, back, and arm pain for over twelve years. An MRI had confirmed disc issues in her lower back. She’d already tried physical therapy, inflammation-reducing supplements like turmeric, Reiki, and even tuning forks—but nothing provided lasting relief.
During our session, she allowed her mind and body to fully relax and trust the process. As we worked together, she began to sense movement and change within her body. The pain softened. By the end of the session, it had significantly decreased. Over the next 24 hours, she felt deeply sleepy, as though her body was completing a profound reset. Then—something extraordinary happened: the pain was gone, and it has not returned.
“Nothing resolved the pain until the hypnotherapy session with you. I can now walk my dog pain-free, shop for groceries, load and unload my car, and sleep through the night. Your voice helped me feel safe and instilled a deep trust that allowed profound healing to occur.”
While one-session transformations like M.S.’s are possible, every person’s healing journey is unique. Some people experience steady improvement over several sessions as the body, emotions, and unconscious mind realign. The key is opening a dialogue with your body’s innate wisdom—the part that knows exactly how to return to balance. I offer online and in-person sessions to support you in reconnecting with your body’s natural intelligence.
